We live in a wooded area on 10 acres of property, so it’s usually quiet and dark at night. We like to sit out in our hot tub and look at the stars, so it stands to reason that sometimes we see unusual things.

The first time we noticed we were being followed was on our second or third gifting run. We were on our way to Missoula to do some towers up there and we also wanted to hit a few on the way up. We got to Florence, which is about 6 miles north of us, and there was a tower behind a gas station. The first time I really perceived clearly that I was being attacked was right after one of our early gifting runs. I had just emailed Don to say that we were about to out gifting, which was akin to publishing it on the web! We left our house and about 1/2 a mile away, a black SUV with the license “BUSHCO1″ pulled out into traffic behind us. We came to the turnoff for downtown and he followed us. Stevo suffered the first big attack in the beginning of our gifting life. The night before we left to meet Carol and Don for the first time, in 2004, a woman walked up our 1/4 mile driveway at 10pm just to ask Stevo about his healing business. She was either stoned or a programmed zombie, probably both, because her eyes were dead and her speech was slow and ponderous. I wouldn’t even go to the door because her energy felt so bad, but Stevo politely answered her questions and sent her on her way.
